In 2014, he found the perfect spot in Plaza del Parque, a lively square in the island’s capital, an old Ibizan restaurant that served homemade food to most of the island’s inhabitants. It seemed to Tito the perfect place to bring to fruition all the ideas, inspiration and recipes he had been accumulating for a quarter of a century. In its new incarnation, this restaurant would become a place where the island’s global community of expats, locals and travelers could come together and feel completely at home. He built the Locals Only concept around the idea of a typical Italian Osteria. Oste” means host, and with Tito as the heart and soul of the project, the stars aligned and this modern, eco-friendly Mediterranean restaurant came to life and was embraced by all who crossed its threshold.
